La casa di Mina is a new flat located in a residential area, the ‘Quartiere del Sole’, a few minutes from Poetto beach.

The flat is on the first floor with lift, has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower cubicle and double bedroom with separate beds that can be joined if necessary. The street is quiet and the window frames insulate against any noise. 🙂 

The house has air conditioning, radiators, wifi and free parking on the street.

You will have access to the entire flat, which also has a balcony overlooking the inner garden.
