The villa is immersed in the greenery of a 3000 square metre property, with fruit trees, palm trees, Mediterranean maquis, green lawn and private parking. All flats are on the ground floor, each with an independent entrance (3 steps), private veranda, private kitchen, private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, wi-fi and mosquito nets. Each veranda is equipped with a dining area, sun loungers, open shelving and laundry rack.

The one-room apartment is perfect for a couple, the two-room apartment sleeps a maximum of 4, and the large three-room apartment sleeps 5.

In the back garden, a wooden platform shaded by a gazebo is the ideal place to relax in the greenery, perhaps taking advantage of the various fruits that our garden offers: figs, medlars, pomegranates, prickly pears, jujubes, plums, and mirabolanus.

Next to the villa guests will find a cold summer shower, a foot washing area, a rubbish separation area and a sink.

The area in front of the villa, on the other hand, houses the car park, part of the large lawn, the walkway for the Terra e Sole Cooperative and the phyto-purification plant, which allows us to purify and totally reuse our waste water for irrigation.
