The terraced house is built on the side of the hill. Consequently, the large garden is terraced, there are 10 steps to the house and the double bedroom, at the back of the house, gets light and air from a large cavity and has no view. Water supply, garden equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers, irrigation system, solar awning, outdoor cold shower.

The flat is well equipped and there is also a sun umbrella, two beach chairs, a cooler. The kitchen is gas with 4 burners, the oven is electric.

The cost of the stay includes all linen (changed twice a week), beach towels, parking in a private street and final cleaning. Electricity is charged separately.
