That is why, for her guests, she tries to create an ‘interval’ of sweetness by offering them a varied assortment of industrial and non-industrial products, traditional and non-traditional hot drinks (coffee, barley coffee, milk, soya milk, tea) so that they can receive, as far as possible, the ‘pampering’ appropriate to their needs and face the start of the day, whether at work or on holiday, with a smile.
